Eucalyptus House Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your Eucalyptus House purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an eligible item.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact where applicable.

Please contact us before returning any products so we can provide you with the return instructions.

Hygiene & Sealed Products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once their protective seal or packaging has been opened.

This may include professional nail and pedicure products, tools and other hygiene-sensitive items where applicable.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate.

Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return Postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If an item is faulty, damaged or we have sent you the incorrect product, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item. We cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost before reaching us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.

Where you cancel your entire eligible order within your statutory cancellation period, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service may not be refundable.

Refunds will be processed within the time required by UK consumer law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. Where an exchange is not possible, you may need to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
